DELIVERY AND RETURN

I. DELIVERY

Jarod-Pi takes in charge the “Worldwide” shipping costs. For some (non-European) countries, additional taxes may be claimed at customs (*). These taxes are paid directly by the customer, and we invite you to contact the relevant departments of your place of residence for more information, before placing your order. Jarod-Pi cannot bear this type of fees in any case.

(*) If necessary, Jarod-Pi can give you the HS customs classification number corresponding to your product.

All prices displayed are calculated and include the value-added tax (VAT – 20%) applicable in France, for all shipping within a country of the European Union.

Selling in a foreign country outside the European Union is considered as an export, so no VAT is applied during the sale, the prices are exclusive of taxes. The price excluding VAT is automatically calculated at time of order.

The deliveries are ensured through the services of Fedex, DHL, GLS, Mondial Relay or Colissimo, from Monday to Saturday.

We do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. If your order does not arrive on the date communicated to you, please contact Jarod-Pi customer service by e-mail at the following address: wecare4u@jarod-pi.com

For all pre-orders (products not stocked yet, in production), we will regularly inform you of the progress of your order until your order leaves our storage place.

For the products available in our stock, Jarod-Pi shall do its best to ship your orders within a maximum regular period of fifteen (15) working days for a delivery in metropolitan France and of twenty (20) working days for an international Delivery; this period is counted from the first working days after the Order is validated.

II. RETURN

Small reminder: the product(s) must be returned in its (their) original packaging (including the box and cover), in its original condition, with label, unworn, and unwashed.

You have a period of fifteen (15) days to return your order (or part of it).

Please contact us: wecare4u@jarod-pi.com and specify the reason for your return request. You will be contacted by Jarod-Pi’s customer service in a short time.

You will receive an email from Jarod-Pi’s customer service with the procedure to follow.

The return of the products is supported by Jarod-Pi if the place of Delivery is in Metropolitan France.

The return of products is the responsibility of the customer and is at his risk if the place of delivery is not in Metropolitan France, with the carrier of his choice.

However, if you want Jarod-Pi to take care of the return (at your expense), contact us and we will tell you the procedure to follow, and we will send you your voucher label to stick on the package.

III. REFUNDS

You have returned to us your product, the refund of the product by Jarod-Pi is done at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the date on which Jarod-Pi is receives the product returned in its original packaging (including the box and cover), in its original condition, with label, unworn, and unwashed.

Jarod-Pi will refund using the same method of payment as possible for payment of the Order. Unless you want another method of payment, we will need your agreement in writing.

If you choose to keep certain items and only partially cancel your order, the shipping costs, if they have been taken care of by Jarod-Pi, will not be refunded.

Jarod-Pi does not refund either the initial delivery charge or the return charge.
